Small bottle of shampoo was not enough for 4 of us. There was no pen in room to write with, and there was a small roach in the ceiling which i managed to kill, and no cofffee maker in room

It's not the fanciest hotel but it was a good value. Breakfast is included, it was well made and pretty yummy. They have a gym and a pool which I did not end up using but the option is nice. If it were closer to where I was meaning to be then I would totally stay here again.

Terrible dirty hotel, no customer orientation. Incompetent staff. Spending the night in this hotel is the same as on the street. There are stains on the bed. Cigarette marks are everywhere. If a person respects himself, he will not stop there

This is a very nice hotel that is past its peak. They appear to be working hard to upgrade and remodel to regain its glory. The staff was wonderful. They got us just the right room and were very helpful with arranging our sightseeing plans. This was also one of the very few hotels that gave us enough towels for our party without having to ask for more. The room was nice and had a beautiful view over the town. Although it was evident that upgrade work was happening, it was not part of the guest experience. Very good job there. We enjoyed their outdoor pool, but the fitness center was disappointing. Breakfast was different than what we have seen in other hotels. It was generally a buffet style, but the main offering was different each morning and was served to you. No need to serve yourself. Additional sides were available such as various cereals, fruit, juice, milk, yogurt, breads, coffee and tea. There were a few restaurants in walking distance, and it did not feel unsafe to do so. Plenty of other options were a short drive away on the other side of the highway.

Comfort of mattress and pillows were clean, firm, & rested perfectly after a long walk at a festival. Friendly attentive staff for the most part. Hot Breakfast was served. They provided daily fresh towels during the day and took out trash. Mini conditioning shampoo was great for my usually tangled hair. Make up remover wipes were great too. Hard “wood” floor in my 406 was great and clean upon arrival.

We appreciated that there was breakfast every day. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The fridge was clean. The showerhead was good at delivering a lot of hot water at a pleasing per gallon rate. The TV was nice. The elevator worked well. The decorations nodding to San Antonio were nice. The front desk people were really wonderful.
